1. 請問有哪些付款方式?

我們是可由貨到付款方式，及其他第三方支付都可以付款喔！

2. 請問如何知道商品已經送達?

我們會以手機訊息通知，產品會以訂購後的一星期內送達

3. 沒有收到商品，請問要怎麼辦?

請在產品送出期限之後的兩天內跟我們聯繫
若您是網路訂購，請以客服信箱與我們聯繫。

如果產品已經送達，我們會將消息以手機訊息傳送

4. 能再修改訂單嗎?

一旦付款確認就不能再更改訂單，但是可以打我們的客服電話先告知我們更改的產品，我們將會再提供您新的單據及產品。

5. 請問我收到的產品有問題，能退貨嗎?

請在產品送達後的七天內跟我們聯繫，可上FB官網傳送訊息或是打客服電話或是客服信箱與我們聯繫。
